Back in January of this year I had a very unexpected and powerful encounter with Jesus that can only be explained as a deep union of a divine nature. Since that time He has been changing the way I have perceived things in the past and broadening and deepening the way I perceive things at the present. One of the things that He has been speaking about regularly is the "Eternal".

     The Lord desires for us to move into the Eternal, the reason I capitalize that word is because He IS the Eternal. He desires for us to move into Him. To become so connected to Him that there is no separation, for us to come to the place where it is truly Him in us and us in Him…..ONE with Him. Not "His Spirit" and "our spirit" but ONE in Spirit, ONE with Him. He wants us to be so totally consumed in Him that we become everything that He came to the earth to be.

     In the midst of all of the hardships, the tests, the trials and the stresses of everyday life He keeps saying:

     "There is always a purpose and always an escape…..`many are the afflictions of a righteous man but the Lord DELIVERS him OUT of them all'….think on the ETERNAL always on the ETERNAL, let your perspective become ETERNAL."

     "I have reserved my best for last…these last days will be as heaven on earth for those who choose to walk in it. It doesn't have to be dark for children of the Light, it can truly be as heaven on earth. Do you want this? …then do as I say, even when it is difficult, do only as I say not as man says and you will walk in this, it will be to you as heaven on earth right in the midst of gross darkness."

     I awoke on April 5th with these words consuming my spirit "Divine expectation". These words a not exactly new to me because He has said to me many times since November of 1999 to "look up, anticipate and expect". This time however, the words became so much a part of me I felt as if I were being transported into it.

     There is an element of the Divine in the atmosphere, a portal opened between heaven and earth. What I see is heaven moving closer to the earth, and I'm hearing "Divine expectation of things to come, Holy consummation, Holy union with the Bride."

     The Lord wants to have a Holy Union with His Bride NOW, this is not something that we have to wait until we get to heaven to have!!!!! There is so much more that we haven't even tapped into yet that He is waiting to give us if we will re-focus our vision onto the ETERNAL. I'm not talking about money or material things or even ministry, I'm talking about a Holy love affair with the Lover of our souls. Our first call is "love", He is Love, He is Passion, He is Holy Desire and that Holy Desire and Holy Passion is for YOU. He longs for you, he longs to excite your senses, to create an anticipation in your senses for the slightest breath, the slightest whisper, the slightest touch of his hand. He is waiting for you.

     Don't let anything stand in the way of your pursuit of Him, lay down whatever hinders and run into the arms of your First Love. If Divine Expectation hasn't been awakened in you then ask the Holy Spirit to awaken it within you and don't stop until you get it.
