Two
Babies
- In
1 Kings 3:16-28 is the story of two women who had babies. The
woman who birthed first had her baby stolen and replaced by
the other woman who killed her baby. Both women end up in front
of King Solomon to judge which woman the living baby belonged
to.
- The
Lord began to speak to me about the two babies that have been
birthed in revival. In the history of God's people, there have
always been two camps. The Leah's and the Rebecca's, the Levitical
priesthood and the Aaronic Priesthood, the Martha's and the
Mary's, the foolish virgin's and the wise virgin's, Ishmael
and Isaac, and so on. Today is no different. The Lord said in
Revelation 18:4, 'Come out of her my people, so that you will
not share in her sins, so that you will not receive any of her
plagues: for her sins are piled up to heaven, and God has remembered
her crimes.'
- There
has been a call going out to the people of God for sometime
to come out of the prostitution of Babylon. Some have heeded
the call some have not. Those who are still in the midst of
Babylon don't know it. They think they have need of nothing,
they have no clue that they are wretched, poor, miserable and
blind (Rev 3:17). Because the church is in 'two' camps again,
it has given birth to two babies. The hidden ones that have
repented of their 'Babylonian prostitution' have birthed revival
out of a place of brokenness and hiddenness. The ones that have
been self-promoting and have had man's agenda have also given
birth but to a counterfeit revival. The counterfeit will die
and then they will stand up to take claim to the real living
thing. It will be as if the two mothers will be brought before
the King to lay claim to the living child. As with Solomon,
the Lord will offer to divide it to be fair. The camp that has
in it's heart to see the establishment of His kingdom at all
cost will gladly step aside and be willing to go back into the
closet for another season of intercession, while the camp with
their own agenda will begin to rise to take over. This is already
happening in some cities. As it becomes clear whom the birthed
baby belongs to, it will be taken away from the counterfeit
and given to the 'proven' ones, because they have always been
willing to give the Glory to the Lord and take none for themselves.
If you have been frustrated by the self-promotion and pride
in your city as you watch the birthing of revival, be encouraged.
As the false arises to take claim, realize the Lord is allowing
the dross to rise to the top only to be skimmed off the true
church. She will be a pure church that will know and understand
and have the child's (Presence of the move of God in it's infancy)
best interests at heart. There is coming a day when the Lord
will say to the hidden and pure hearted regarding the babe,
'Give the living child to the first woman. Do not kill him,
she is the mother'. The revival will then be placed in her hands
as she takes her place in bringing the King to the uttermost
parts of the earth.
