The
Logo
- For
the first two years of the ministry our logo was homemade. It was
simple and carried the two symbols I wanted to convey the purpose
of the ministry, the alabaster jar and the sword of the spirit. I
was sensing that it was time to upgrade to a professionally made logo.
I prayed about it for more than a year and one night I had a dream
that would later confirm that a new logo was on the way with Gods’
approval. I dreamed I needed new foundation, and on a table spread
out before me were many choices. Lots of jars with different colored
foundations to choose from. One of the revelations God had given me
about that time was on the "Olive Press’ and the ‘Wine
Press’. The Garden of ‘Gethsemane’ experience of
our lives and the ‘cross’ experience. Not that we don’t
have many to go through, but rather seasons of these types of tests.
I don’t think you can qualify for the frontlines of His army
unless there has been some refining and testing done in these places.
- So with
the foundational colors before me to choose from I end up with 2 different
colors. On the left side of my face was ‘green’ and on
the right side was ‘purple’.
- I looked
like William Wallace when he had his war paint on in "Braveheart".
I immediately knew the interpretation of the dream—the colors
represented the ‘Olive Press" and the "Wine Press". This was
to be foundational for me in the purpose of At His Feet Ministries.
About three months later I hired Bryant Designs to create a logo for
the ministry. I only told them one thing—that I wanted to keep
the alabaster jar and the sword in the logo—I left everything
else up to them and the Lord. A month later the new logo was ready
for At His Feet Ministries. As you can see it has the two colors green
and purple. The Lord is your biggest encourager, He is on your side
more than you are! Seek His face and He will direct all your paths
