Daughters of Liberty Declaration 2007
October 1st 2006

The Lord instructed me to downsize this years Day of Atonement. The impression was, less is more. There also seemed to be more stretches of rest between revelations. We took this to remind us that it is not about how much spiritual activity we can muster up, but about resting in the finished work of the cross. It is all about Him and what He has already done at Calvary.

Women leaders met in a woman pastor's lake house in the Livingston, Texas area. The name of the subdivision was Point Lookout and we were standing on our post being the Lord's lookout for the Day.

At least half of the women were Methodist including the pastor who pastors a Methodist church in that area. I feel strongly that this was a sign from the Lord that He is going to revisit the Methodist church with the Wesley fire that birthed this wonderful arm of God's church years ago. Several days after the Day an historical Methodist church built in 1893 in Memphis, Tennessee caught on fire.

The fire swept through the First United Methodist Church in Memphis early Friday, collapsing its steeple and flicking off embers that ignited three other buildings. I believe this fire is symbolic of the Holy Fire that will return to the Methodist church and the sparks will touch others for the Kingdom. The pastor of the church is a woman and she said her church is a "seven day a week" church with a food pantry and other ministries to people in downtown Memphis. Methodist have long been the greatest 'servants' among the denominations, and God is going to re-fire them with His Presence because they have been faithful to serve others that are in need.

One of the women smelled fresh yeast bread before the Day started which we understood as a sign that the Bread of Heaven was going to visit us. The Lord engaged our senses this year. We experienced the smells, sounds, sights, and touches of heaven.

The verse we received for coming together for the Day of Atonement was Revelation 1:11 (the lake house we were meeting in had the address 111), 'Write on a scroll what you see and send it to the seven churches'.

The following is what sensed from the Lord for the year 2007 and beyond.

Part 1--Theme and Verse
The Heavenly Man

VERSE- The verse we received for the coming year was Ps 104:2. 'He wraps Himself in light as with a garment; he stretches out the heavens like a tent and lays the beams of his upper chambers on their waters. He makes the clouds His chariot and rides on the wings of the wind.

THEME-The Heavenly Man Revealed-Christ will continue His work of revealing Himself as the Heavenly Man, the One who rules and reigns in the heavens, as compared to last year with the storms of the Gulf Coast we saw His servant hood or earthly ministry displayed as people reached out to those who were in crisis.

Our eyes will be opened to more of His Heavenly ministry in the days ahead. His supremacy in the earth comes from His Supremacy in the Heavens.

Colossians 1:15-18 He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation. For by Him all things were created: things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or powers or rulers or authorities; all things were created by Him and for Him. He is before all things, and in Him all things hold together. And He is the head of the body, the church; He is the beginning and the firstborn from among the dead, so that in everything he might have the supremacy.

The key word in Colossians is HE IS THE HEAD. As the ruler of the heavens' He is setting in place heavens authority and reign upon the church. This makes for a lot of shifting, realignments, movements and changes in the church structure much like we have seen in the removal of Pluto. But this is HIS church and it is HIS work. The heavens will affect the earth more than ever this coming year.

In Africa the women that participated with us in the Declaration saw the Lord come down to reveal HIMSELF more than ever in 2007 to the church and world. This confirms what the American women sensed also. The African women were also shown the Heavenly Tabernacle and as we enter into the Feast of Tabernacles that is exactly what He is doing, Tabernacling with His people. (Amos 9:11)

They saw HIS angels and those in HIS presence were worshiping HIM, saying hosanna , hosanna , hosanna and the One who was on the throne said, ‘In the year 2007 my secrets will be revealed’. This was the voice of the Lord. There were seventy angels standing in the front and had fire in their hands. The angels were sent by the One sitting on the throne to speak the truth to His church.

Another African lady had a vision of a big church and the Lord of the church opened the Book of Revelation in his hand and said, ‘Behold I am making everything new’. This is one more confirmation that the Lord of the Heavens is releasing revelation of Himself and His Kinigdom in the earth.

Orion the Great Hunter-Job 9:9

In the mid 90's I was taken in a prophetic encounter into the heavenlies with Christ and He waltzed with me through the galaxies. The one I remember vividly was the Orion the Hunter constellation. With the popularity of 'Dancing with the Stars' on television at this writing, I believe I was shown Orion with the timetable for now. There are seven stars that give Orion an overall shape of an hourglass, which we took to mean the time is at hand for the revelation of the Heavenly Man. Again the seven stars are referred to in Revelation 1:11 regarding the seven churches.

God originally created the stars to declare His Glory and over the years satan has taken the stars and caused people to bow down to the stars (astrology) instead of to the One who created the stars. Ps 19:1, 'The heavens declare the Glory of God; the skies proclaim the work of His hands'.

Orion is an excellent example of the constellations revealing Christ. As stated earlier Orion is the Great Hunter. Orion's most notable stars are his head, shoulders, belt, sword and feet.

Recently I was given a dream in which the shoulder of the Lord was declared in the stars. As we went through the day we discovered that Orion has a star called Betelgeuse or Alpha the 'right shoulder' star in the Hunter. Yet another confirmation that the 'Government will be upon His shoulders' Is 9:6, is being released from the heavens into the earth. The mature Bride will know the Lord's shoulder intimately as she comes up out of the wilderness leaning on her Beloved (Song of Songs 8:5).

Interestingly the left shoulder star's name is Bellatrix which means 'female warrior', which we believe represents the release of women in the church for the purpose of building His Kingdom. Another confirmation of this was given when the power company for the Sam Houston area worked on the power lines on the lake house's street for hours. The name of the electric company is SHE CO. Sam Houston Electric Company. We love it!

Alnilam is the central star in Orion's belt of three stars and means the 'arrangement of pearls'. Pearls are equated with femininity and weddings. This can relate again to the release of women, also the bride herself being made ready. Rev 21:21 states that the 12 gates of heaven are 12 pearls. Twelve is the number for rulership or apostolic which again confirms the Heavenly Man releasing His authority in the earth.

Another notable star in the constellation is Meissa, or the head of the hunter which means 'shining' or 'white spot'. The Shinning One or Christ Himself is appearing in a prepared people that abide in heavenly places (Ephesians 2:6) with their feet grounded firmly on earth. (Mark 16:15).

When I arrived home the next day October 3rd the Houston Chronicle had an article about the Orionid Meteor Showers that would be at their peak October 21st. Astronomers call it the "Orionid Meteor Shower," because the meteors appear to stream out of a point (called "the radiant") in the constellation Orion. The 'radiant' is near Orion's left shoulder. This is another wonderful confirmation from the Lord about this constellation.

Part 2
Color for the Year-White

On the Jewish Day of Atonement the garments worn by the priest were white. Later in the declaration you will see how the story of Moby Dick plays a great part of the revelation this year. The whale in Moby Dick was white. We felt the Lord say white would be the color this year and as we heard this one of our ladies who works in a high end retail store in a very wealthy part of Houston said the designers are saying that this year white is the new black. We also take this to mean that there are many in darkness (black) that will be coming into the Kingdom of Light (white). White is also the color for a Bridal dress, and the Lord is making sure that it is a dress without spot or wrinkle.

White represents His righteousness which we must believe we wear because of His blood and His blood only. Our righteousness is self righteousness and will be an opening for the enemy. Anytime we put faith in how 'good' we are or how much favor from the Lord we have because of the many 'good works' we are doing, we have left the knowledge of His Righteousness and entered into self righteousness. Satan can see the white of the Lord's righteousness in the spirit and that is why Paul says to put on the full armor of God including the Breastplate of Righteousness. Putting of the full armor is a matter of believing Christ's death has accomplished the wearing of that armor in our lives.

Part 3
The Pride of Job-Job 38-41

In reading of Orion in Job 38:31, we felt impressed that Job represented the carnal church or believer. It is the Lord's dissertation to Job that reveals Job's pride.

The Lord's litany of 'Can you' and 'Do you' sting as we felt the pride in our own flesh and that of the church. The arrogance of looking at things outwardly and with our own opinions and the manipulation that is still going on from Christian TV to give money with the promise that if you do then God will do something for you has just about filled the cup of judgment. Remember judgment is actually the Lord's mercy helping us to have restored minds while living in a fallen world.

In all that happens in life why does the church continue to look at the devil's involvement before we acknowledge the Lord? Is anything too hard for the Lord? Many ministries sell books and tapes on how to defeat the devil and do spiritual warfare. The warfare is over; the cross of Calvary has already defeated satan.

The Lord says in Ps 50:12 Even if He were hungry he wouldn't tell us, for the world is His and all that is in it. We need to say like Job did in 42:5 'My ears had heard of you but now my eyes have seen you'.

Halls of Justice Built of Cedar--I Kings 7:7

With the Authority of Christ being released from Heaven, Justice Himself (remember just as Truth is a person so is Justice) will manifest toward longstanding injustices in the earth. In 1 Kings 7:7 the Hall of Justice was covered with cedar. The house we were at on the Day was a cedar house.

In the natural cedar contains natural preservatives that resist moisture, decay and insect damage. The tree's ability to produce certain extracts increases with age, making the outer regions of the wood the most durable. Properly finished, cedar will last for decades, even in harsh environments.

Anytime God releases one of His attributes from heaven into the earth, it doesn't just fall out of the sky, it is released through a prepared people. This will happen and is happening as Justice Himself is being released through those who have withstood the fiery processing from the Lord to be carriers of His Justice. Those 'Sons of Righteousness' that have allowed the Judge Himself to Judge their own hearts and are ready like cedar wood to withstand the harsh spiritual environment in the days ahead.

The Halls of Justice are made up of a people with cedar like qualities that carry His Justice on their shoulders in the earth.

The Heavenly Plumb line dropped to Earth--Zechariah 2:1-5

During our time at the lake house we observed contrails or lines in the sky made by airplanes. Some were crossed, some were not. Lines continued to be a theme throughout the Day. In Zechariah the Lord describes a people who have been measured and found worthy (because of His blood). The Lord further says that there will be no walls around this people (city) because HE will be a wall of fire around them.

The Lord is measuring His people, looking for those whose hearts have not flinched from walking through that wall of fire to be purified and then take their place among the true church within that wall of fire. There are many who will say in that day "Lord, Lord', and the Lord will say "I never knew you'. That word 'knew' is the same word for the way a husband and wife 'know' each other intimately.

As we stated last year we must 'Noel' or 'Know El' (see 2006 Declaration). It is not how much you know, but 'Who' you know. We each need to ask ourselves and the Lord, how we will be found when measured. We don't believe in salvation by works, but by His blood and His blood only. But none of us would want to hear 'I never knew you' from our Beloved. Let His plumb line do the necessary work to straighten any twisted areas of our soul to look more like our Savior.

Part 4
Heavenly Children-Matthew 18:1-5

This Justice is currently now at work as we see in the news the injustices made against children are coming to the light as never before. The onslaught against children is at an all time high, but Justice is being released against those who have, and are bringing harm to the 'least of these' (Matt 25:40, Matt 18:6).With the exposing of the perpetrators of the wrongs against children comes a tremendous release for these same children into their destinies.

The prophets have long been saying that children will be the next greatest tool the Lord will use in the harvest. That is happening now with more acceleration. Even denominational churches that used to 'baby-sit' or do little bible stories with children on Sunday morning are now training children on those same Sundays to flow in their gift of prophecy, intercession and revelation.

Currently there is a woman minister who is getting much flack from the media because of her Jesus boot camp for children. The documentary made of this is certainly slanted and makes evangelicals look like we are brainwashing our children. Nothing could be farther from the truth. The truth is satan is scared as these little ones are being trained and release because he knows that his kingdom will take a huge death blow.

One of the women had a dream in which children were painting heavenly artwork. We feel this is a specific and new area that the Lord is releasing in children in the arts. This artwork will bring deliverance and hope to all who view it because it resides in heaven currently and will be brought to earth through the children. We need to encourage children not only in spiritual gifts but especially in the area of creative arts.

Children carry great authority in the spirit because their hearts are innocent and pure. Unlike adults, even the most consecrated, our hearts have had more time to get religious and proud and defiled. Children are the greatest resource for the church to build the Kingdom. Release the children is the cry of heaven in this hour!

Part 5
Healing the Pastor/Prophet Wound

A dream was given in which a woman prophet had a small paper cut in the right ring finger. The prophet kept blowing on it because every time the breath of God would blow on it the cut would turn inside out and a small tick like spider, almost transparent, would be exposed. It was painful every time it was exposed but the prophet kept blowing on it because they wanted it out. A male pastor walked over to the prophet while this was occurring and said sarcastically, 'What is the big deal'? The prophet said, "It hurts'. The prophet then kept asking another male pastor to pull the tick/spider out and the male pastor was willing but just too busy to do it right then. Another female prophet walked up to the original prophet and said, 'Oh, I have one of those in my mouth'. The original prophet looked inside the other prophets' mouth and there was the same tick/ spider in the roof of their mouth.

The interpretation of this dream is very clear. There has been a huge rift between pastors (the ring finger represents the pastoral calling) and prophets, especially male pastors and female prophets. Some male pastors are angry with female prophets because of pride on the pastor's part and too much enthusiasm on the prophet's part. Many prophets are withdrawn and not functioning because the wound has shut them down in their calling. There is a happy medium that the Lord wants in this relationship.

Many prophets are without pastoral covering because they have been so wounded by pastors and don't trust them. Many pastors have been so burned by prophets that they have written them off all together. Neither response is correct. In order to get healed it will take shepherds after God's own heart to bring reconciliation (Jer 3:15), who will take the time (and it will take time) and not consider this an unimportant issue.

Thankfully the Lord is exposing the wounds in the prophets so they can be healed, but the pastors in the Body need to step up and take those measures that will began a healing process. The sacrifice will be time for the pastor and vulnerability for the prophet.

There is so much that can be accomplished for the Kingdom when pastors and prophets, even male pastors and female prophets work together. They can help each other in their callings to function at a much higher level than they can alone. Let the healing began!

Part 6
Moby Dick

While one of the women was in a dream state, the words were heard 'Moby Dick'. Immediately we thought of the book of Jonah because of the whale. As it turns out, on the Day of Atonement it is a Jewish tradition to read from the Book of Jonah. While there are many secular interpretations of this classic book we offer the following from a prophetic perspective.

In the first chapter of the book Moby Dick the ship's crew attends a church service in which the message is from the Book of Jonah. The story of Moby Dick by Herman Melville in 1851 holds many prophetic truths for the church today.

One of the biggest truths in this story is that Moby Dick was a white whale. In dream symbols, a white whale can represent a person who is hungry for God because of the large amounts of food eaten by a whale each day. This again points to a particular type of church the Lord is forming, those who are hungry for His Presence each day.

We have already seen that white is the color for this coming year. In addition, one of the water constellations that fill the October sky is Cetus the whale. This whale seems to be reconfirmed at every turn. The name Cetus actually means whale.

We believe that the ship in this story represents the 'Spirit of Religion or Babylon', Moby represents 'Christ' or the 'Remnant Saints (His Body)', and the sea represents the 'world'. The ship looks like it has gone into the sea or world, but it is simply residing on the surface, as compared to the whale (God's remnant) which has dived into the depths of the sea to reach the world like Jonah and preach to those that don't know the Lord.

Even though Jonah wasn't initially willing, his time in the belly of the whale gave him a heart change much like many today. Better to say no and have the Lord change your mind then to say yes and never have the intention of keeping your word. Sounds like the prodigal and the elder son. It was the elder son that needed rebuking not the prodigal. This should encourage many who have the right spirit but mess up, verses someone who does everything right but has a wrong spirit.

One chapter of this book relates the story of how the skeleton of the sperm whale had been used as a structure for a religious temple. Religion will always be a skeleton of what the Lord intends as substance for His church.

The final battle between the ship's captain Ahab and Moby Dick ended with only one survivor from the ship, whose name was Ishmael. The ship's captain Ahab is so crazed by his desire to kill the whale that he is prepared to sacrifice everything, including his life, the lives of his crew members, and even his ship to find and destroy his nemesis, Moby Dick.

Religion hates the remnant church, and will sacrifice those who have mistakenly thought religion was their friend. Those with a religious spirit will take out everything in their path to kill the birthing of the 'Sons of Righteousness'. Humility is our best defense against the onslaught of the religious spirit. Truth in love can do more against this spirit than arguing or holding offenses.

In the end Moby Dick is harpooned by Ahab, but nonetheless is conqueror of the sea. It looked bad as Jesus was speared in His side as He hung dying, but satan didn't realize Sunday was coming. We believe that Sunday is coming for the 'Sons of Glory' that will usher in His Government and see the establishing of His Kingdom on earth.

The remnant may have been down at times, but never out. She is arising in this season of the revealing of the Heavenly Man to come up and meet her Bridegroom and display His nature and character in the earth to fulfill the Lord's Prayer, "on earth as it is in Heaven'.

We pray this 2007 Declaration has been a blessing and will continue to be in the days and years ahead.
